LANCE BERTOLINO

Lance offers a diverse real estate and business background, but it all stems from his belief in serving others. Lance has been an active Realtor for over 18 years and prefers helping clients with both residential as well as farm/ranch/equestrian property sales. For him, this side of real estate is more rewarding and exemplifies the adage "If you do what you love, you never work a day in your life." Additionally, he has over 25 years of negotiating complex commercial values through property tax consulting, arbitration, and litigation support for taxpayers.
Lance is also the serving Mayor for the Village of Fairchilds in south-central Fort Bend County. Fostering positive working relationships with other Mayors and elected officials from Fort Bend County has been a priority since we all work together for the benefit of the citizens. Flood mitigation, quality development, and infrastructure improvements have become the top issues citizens want addressed.
Additionally, Lance served the citizens of Fort Bend County with 28 years in law enforcement, recently retiring from the Reserve Division as a Lieutenant. However, he most coveted his role as an Instructor with the Fort Bend County Sheriff's office and Gus George Law Enforcement Academy.
